How does the subscription work?
Wildgrain is a membership service that delivers bake-from-frozen sourdough breads, fresh pastas, and artisanal pastries to your door. You can choose your delivery frequency and skip or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Do I need to thaw the products before baking?
No thawing required! All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked directly from frozen. Most of our loaves and pastries are ready in 25 minutes or less, providing you with fresh-baked quality on your schedule.
How are the products shipped?
We ship our products in insulated boxes packed with dry ice to ensure everything arrives frozen. Once your box arrives, we recommend placing the items in your freezer as soon as possible.
Are your products organic or non-GMO?
We prioritize clean ingredients. Our products are made with non-GMO flour, and our long-fermentation sourdough process uses only flour, water, and salt, making it easier to digest than standard commercial bread.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes! Before each shipment, you will receive an email notification allowing you to swap items in your box or add extras like seasonal pastries and specialty loaves.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
